Reservation / Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy: To confirm and hold your cabin reservation for the next year, a deposit of 25% of your cabin rate is required within 10 days of making the reservation. An additional 25% is due February 15 of the next year. If reservation is made for the current year, 50% down is required within 10 days of making reservation. Balance of cabin rental and any other rental is due upon arrival. Any additional charges will be payable the night before your departure. Once deposit is paid, please refer to the cancellation policy.
All prices subject to change at owner's discretion at any time.
Cancellation Policy: If you must CANCEL, your deposit will be refunded when all cabins are filled for that timeslot; less a $50 cancellation fee. NO refunds will be given if cancellation is within 30 days of timeslot reserved.
